  • Amazing stay on Gran Vía

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a room on the 9th floor. From our balcony we overlooked the Gran Via but were not disturbed by the noise from the traffic below
Right outside the hotel is the Santo Domingo metro station which we did use but found the Madrid City Tour Bus was a better option. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it cost 19 euros and there are many cafes nearby where you can get a breakfast for under 5 euros.
We would recommend this hotel as it is clean, value for money and the location is excellent.

Situated on the Grand Via this could not be more convenient for tourists. We were on sixth floor and can honestly say it was quiet. Super front lobby with amazing floral display, great staff who all spoke

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very central location, next to underground station and taxis galore. An added bonus, especially in the August heat, was the rooftop pool, from the hot and bustling city into a beach-side resort.

Some people say the hotel is a little worn what do they expect for a four star right in the centre of Madrid, in a grand listed building!

Highlight of my stay was a relaxing afternoon at the rooftop pool, very refreshing and luxurious oasis in the stifling heat of the city centre.

Situated on the Grand Via this could not be more convenient for tourists. We were on sixth floor and can honestly say it was quiet. Super front lobby with amazing floral display, great staff who all spoke English and were very attentive, super lobby bar for just a pot of tea when you come in or drinks before you go out (and good prices too). Room was clean, spacious and with separate bathroom and safe. Breakfast was just great - all you could eat hot or cold, and a glass of Prosecco too. Highly recommend this place to stay.
