Condiciones de acceso al Club de Fidelización – Gran Hotel Los Ángeles (4★)
1. Program operation
The Loyalty Club of the Gran Hotel Los Ángeles is governed by the following conditions.
Benefits and services are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled without prior notice. The hotel may terminate the program at any time.
By registering you accept:
- These program conditions.
- The Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of the Gran Hotel Los Ángeles.
- The use of your data only for the proper provision of club services.
2. Registration
- Participation is free and available to any person with legal capacity who does not have their account previously canceled by the hotel.
- Each customer can only have one personal account. Benefits are not transferable.
- Registration is done through the form available on the hotel’s website.
3. Program benefits
Exclusive Customer Rate: minimum 6% discount booking through the hotel’s official website (Mirai engine).
- Not cumulative with other offers or promotions.
4. Communications
Communications will be sent to the email provided by the customer. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their data updated. The hotel may send promotions and information related to the program.
5. Cancellation or suspension
The customer can cancel their account at any time from their profile.
Gran Hotel Los Ángeles may cancel a customer’s participation if:
- They do not comply with the regulations or these conditions.
- They have pending payments.
- They act inappropriately, fraudulently, or abusively.
Cancellation implies the immediate loss of benefits, without the right to compensation.
6. Program modifications
Gran Hotel Los Ángeles may modify or limit the program conditions and benefits at any time, as well as terminate it without prior notice.
7. Applicable legislation
This program is governed by Spanish legislation, and any dispute related to it will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Madrid/Getafe.
8. Entire agreement
These conditions constitute the entire agreement between Gran Hotel Los Ángeles and program customers and replace any previous information.
