The Emperador Hotel is now serving brunch

From October until the end of April, the terrace of the Emperador Hotel offers a delicious brunch menu to suit everybody’s tastes.

More and more people are taking to the idea of having a good lie-in and a lazy start to their Sunday with a late breakfast or early lunch. Sunday brunch is becoming a popular tradition for families, couples and friends. The Emperador Hotel has now decided to embrace the trend with a menu that aims to win over even the most demanding of palates.

The hotel will now be opening the doors to its emblematic rooftop terrace on the 10th floor for brunch lovers to discover its various specialities against the unbeatable backdrop of the city’s skyline.

This newly launched brunch menu features a selection of delicious dishes for foodies to enjoy at leisure. The options include all-time classics such as eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, a crispy tarte tatin or a mouthwatering chocolate fondant.

Adding to the classics are novelties like the wagyu burger with pesto or the Iberian sirloin steak and brie bruschetta. For health-conscious eaters, the menu includes two lovely salads: Caprese and Caesar. And to round off this great gastronomic experience, there is coffee, cava, wine and a selection of fresh fruit juices. For those who are prone to let lunch roll into drinks, the hotel invites guests to spend a leisurely afternoon sipping on its cocktails d’auteur by Luca Anastasio, one of the most acclaimed bar chefs on the international mixology scene.

This new taste experience provides the perfect symbiosis between a good coffee boost and a delicious blend of savoury and sweet to make Sunday the best day of the week.
